Green Crabs & Better Beaches is using its culinary techniques in order to mitigate the damages caused by the European green crab, a species that is abundant in the New England waters. Not only are they preparing the delicious food but they are also sharing their skills with the community to promote a better understanding of home markets.

Our Goal

Greens Crabs & Better Beaches aims to motivate harvest and consumption of green crabs to mitigate their invasive impact and educate their audiences on the industry. Not only do they connect users with knowledge, but also recipes and cooking classes to better understand green crabs.
