Originally a local bakery, Bono came to Depict Brands with a bold new vision: to transform its identity into a full-service restaurant—a vibrant place not just to grab a bite, but to gather, play games, enjoy drinks at the bar, and connect with family and friends. This shift in brand positioning was a major leap, requiring a visual and digital experience that could support a richer, more dynamic customer journey.
We were instantly hooked.
Our collaboration included a full rebrand rollout—from strategic positioning and moodboarding to the production of photo and video content, food styling, web copywriting, and the design of a new digital home. It was about more than building a website—it was about reshaping perception.
The Website: A Digital Fiesta
The new bonoboston.com is more than a menu—it’s an invitation. Built with an intuitive user journey and eye-catching visuals, the site lets the food do the talking. Think sizzling arepas, zesty ceviches, and plantains cooked to golden perfection—all framed by bold typography, intuitive navigation, and playful micro-interactions. The UX feels fresh yet familiar, just like the food.
The Photos: Capturing Flavor in Full Color
Our photography focused on bringing Bono’s new identity to life—highlighting the vibrant textures, bold colors, and layered stories behind every dish. The result is a visual feast that captures the joyful experimentation and cultural richness at the heart of Bono’s Latin fusion cuisine.
